Several years ago, I had some traumatic experiences.
I must admit that I wasn’t doing too well emotionally, although I was going on with my day-to-day activities.
A friend of mine asked, “Have you searched the symptoms of depression?”
“No,” - I replied.
“Promise me you will,” he said.
And so I did.
I was shocked to find out that I had been experiencing symptoms of depression.
But how do you know if you are, aside from the symptoms?
If you experience five or more of the symptoms for two weeks consecutively, you are likely depressed, and I think the same is true for stagnation.
