Miguel Lebron Coaching LLC started before we incorporated; I didn't know it. It started when I was 16 years old, working as a youth leader, mentoring kids to pray, read the Bible, and stand up and speak in front of people.

Through the years, I found myself doing the same things I did when I was 16. But I have been fortunate enough to help individuals and various organizations. Yet, the scariest moment was when I launched Miguel Lebron Coaching LLC.

My wife was encouraging, continually saying, "You can do it; you must do it." Those words empowered me even when I felt much doubt. And you may be asking - why so much fear or doubt? It's because it was the first time I would put myself out there for everyone to see.

Since I was 16 years old, I have been mentoring people quietly and from the background, with no expectations of financial gains whatsoever; this sometimes hurt me. However, I knew that once I announced the launch of Miguel Lebron Coaching LLC, I was simultaneously stepping away from the quiet zone and into the fray.
