Commit To The List
Today is day 59 of 2023.
In the last 59 days, I've:
increased my water intake
set a sleep time and wake-up time
started working out
lost a little over 6 lb
have done 30 podcast episodes
guest appeared on six podcasts
have gone 28 days live on the wisdom app
Read the Compound Effect by Darren Hardy
I started reading Winning The Day by Jose Escobar
Joined 4 Facebook group
I started sharing my progress
Created a coaching course
Got people signed up for the coaching course
Looking at this list, I get excited about what the next 59 days will bring. But I've learned that when you start doing something you have not done before, it's common to feel silly or out of place. However, if you persist beyond that initial feeling, you develop momentum, and then, there's no stopping you!
Of course, in the last 59 days, there's been moments when I felt like staying up later or because of some situation with my kids, I didn't go to bed exactly on time. And, not every day I’ve gone to the gym did I feel like going. In those moments that life threw me a curveball, I just showed myself grace and maintained as committed as I could at that moment. And the following day was a brand new day.
I'm sharing my journey with you, ups and downs, and everything in between, hoping you will be motivated and encouraged to accomplish more.
